Service Policy

At Grip & Rip It Golf, we stand behind our work. Our goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our services. If you're not happy with the work we've done, we'll make it right.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you experience any issues with our work within 30 days of service completion, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and correct any workmanship issues at no charge.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • No-shows may be subject to a missed appointment fee
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% charge

Custom Orders

Custom club builds and special-order items are non-refundable once production has begun. We will provide a detailed quote and confirmation before ordering any components. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming your order.

Parts and Materials

Parts and materials purchased from our shop may be returned within 14 days if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Certain items (grips that have been installed, customized parts) cannot be returned.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about any service or product, please contact us directly. We are committed to working with customers to find a fair resolution. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.
